Bulb Wall Hook

Sale price$160.00 SGD

Transparency is on trend – and the blown glass BULB wall hooks prove it. Slight variations in colour and form and tiny bubbles in the glass are hallmarks of this traditional crafting method and make each hook unique. Their delicate inclusions and inconsistencies are a hallmark of the art of glassblowing and make each one unique. Combined with wall fixtures made from brushed stainless steel, they have the stability they need and a spacer rod to ensure sufficient space for coat hangers. Alternatively, items can be hung straight onto BULB, or on the optional small, brushed stainless steel coat hooks. BULB’s blown glass makes for a fascinating play of light on the wall. Functional as well as decorative, BULB is available in various sizes and combinations.

Care Instructions

Glass is hard and relatively resilient but can still be scratched if it comes into contact with harder materials. Clean glass regularly with a soft, damp cloth. If necessary, use a small amount of glass cleaner to remove liquids, grease stains and marks easily. Remove fatty residues with commercially available glass cleaners, then wipe down with plenty of water. To remove hard, abrasive particles, spray the glass with plenty of water to soften and dissolve them. For tougher residues and scale marks, apply a mixture of one part vinegar (or methylated spirit) to five parts water. Wash out cleaning cloths regularly so that they do not scratch the surface of the glass. After cleaning, dry the surface with a clean, soft cloth. Never wipe glass with a dry cloth. Do not use aggressive cleaning products, acids or solvents, nor abrasive sponges. Never clean glass with boiling water. Avoid contact with rough surfaces, gritty particles or pointed metal objects.
