Do you have a physical store?

Our online store is fully operational while renovations are underway for our first physical location. We’ll share updates once the store is ready to welcome you!

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world for certain orders. Please contact us at hello@minimoor.com before you place an international order.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For in-stock items, local orders are typically processed and delivered within 5–7 business days. International shipping may take between 7–21 business days.

For pre-order items, lead times depend on the manufacturer and may vary — please refer to the individual product page for more details.

Kindly note that delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or public holidays. If your order is taking longer than expected, feel free to contact us. Our support team is available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (SGT), and we’ll do our best to assist you.

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer free delivery on orders above SGD$150 for local addresses. For orders below SGD$150, it will be a flat rate of SGD$20.

refund / exchange

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after placing an order?

All sales made via Minimoor are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or any other reasons.

What should I do if I received the wrong order, or my item arrives broken or damaged?


We make sure to carefully pack all items in order to eliminate any damage during shipment. In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or it is the wrong order, please email us at hello@minimoor.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number, the item name(s) and quantity(ies) broken and clear photographic evidence of the wrong/broken item(s) and the packaging of the box.

We will review and assist you accordingly. We regret to inform that we are unable to accept any claim after 3 days from the date of the delivery.
