All sales are final unless items arrive broken or damaged during delivery.


We carefully pack all items in order to eliminate any damage during shipment, so items rarely arrive broken. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during shipment, please provide us with the following information by email to hello@minimoor.com within 7 days of delivery:


  • Photographic evidence of the broken item(s), making the quantity and item(s) clear
  • Your order number
  • Details of the item names, and quantities broken
